About the Person
Joanna Winston Bergeron serves as Chief Talent Officer of CapTech Ventures` Inc. and served as its Principal of Account Management. Mrs. Bergeron has over 11 years of management consulting experience involving Program/Project Management` Strategic Planning` and Organizational Change Management for projects within the Financial Services` Communications` Retail` Healthcare` and Manufacturing industries. Prior to joining CapTech in 2001` Mrs. Bergeron worked as a management consultant with Accenture`s Telecommunications practice` focusing on the design and implementation of complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Mrs. Bergeron is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has been responsible for designing and leading complex integration and acquisition programs. She has developed and implemented a consistent strategy for standing up and managing Project Management Offices (PMO) to support the management of business-critical initiatives. Mrs. Bergeron also provides support and management of Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts. Mrs. Bergeron has also been instrumental in growing and managing several of CapTech`s core accounts. Leveraging this experience` she is implementing a consistent Account Management strategy that enables high quality consultant delivery` client trust` and a strong account presence. Mrs. Bergeron was promoted to Principal in January of 2010. Mrs. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters in the Management of Information Technology (MIT) from the University of Virginia School of Commerce.
