Focus on contract negotiations and labor strategy; collective bargaining agreement administration; internal consultancy, and grievance and arbitration preparation. Continued local focus on employee relations oversight to include: employee engagement, retention/turnover; employee activities/communications; policies/procedures; Human Resources admin/Human Resources Information System oversight; EEOC/NERC; and absence management.
