About the Person
Jim Casadaban brings South Louisiana companies the benefits of home-employee benefits expertise from a specialist who knows the needs of the region and its people. An undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from Loyola University, Jim first made his mark as Director of Human Resources for a local hospital. He served in a similar role for the regional division of a major national medical diagnostics company, where he also served as a district sales manager for Louisiana and Mississippi. Jim combines technical knowledge of the business with practical, personal experience on the front lines of human resources. HUB International clients are the beneficiaries. In keeping with the HUB culture of continuous professional development, Casadaban is an active member of the New Orleans SHRM Chapter (NOLA SHRM) where he currently serves as the President. Previous roles include Treasurer and Finance. He is also past president of the Greater New Orleans Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators. He is a Licensed Life and Health Agent with the State of Louisiana. In his spare time Jim is an avid outdoorsman and the Head Coach for the Crusader Wrestling Club. Additionally Jim is a high school wrestling referee and is Vice President of the Greater New Orleans Wrestling Officials Association.
