About the Person
Jill Rogers is Assistant VIce President - Performance and Compensation at Allianz Life. Rogers joined Allianz Life in 2009 as a senior director where she provided HR support for the Marketing and Sales divisions. In that role, she facilitated team effectiveness training, led performance management for the company and counseled leadership to sustain a high level of employee engagement. Prior to her role with Allianz Life, Rogers held multiple HR roles with Walmart Stores, Inc. for more than 10 years. She was a market HR manager in the Woodbury, Minn. location where she provided HR services, led management training and built talent management strategies for 10 stores in the Minneapolis metro area. Prior to that, she held various roles as an employment advisor, personnel manager, project manager and trainer at the Walmart headquarters in Bentonville, Ark. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
