About the Person
Jill Robbins is the Vice President of Human Resources at Georgia Military College effective October 1, 2014. Prior to that, Jill was the Associate Vice President of Human Resources for the College. As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Robbins is responsible for directing all of the personnel functions of the College in accordance with the policies and practices set forth by Georgia Military College and its’ senior leadership team. She is directly responsible for the overall administration, management, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources Department (which includes payroll and staff recruiting) for the College’s multi-campus organization. Prior to joining GMC in 2009, Ms. Robbins was an executive recruiter in the Atlanta metro area for four years before transitioning into sales in the banking and finance industry. She then relocated to Milledgeville, Georgia and resumed working in the field of human resources at GMC as the College’s point of contact for recruiting, benefits, risk management, and employee relations. She graduated in 2000 from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science. Jill and her husband, Shane, reside in Milledgeville with their son, Keith, and daughter, Carly who both plan to attend the GMC Prep School when they enter the 6th grade.
