Jill Elliott is the Head of Human Resources at Zirtual. Jill is also the Founder and Managing Director at FrancesPerkins HR Consulting, LLC since July 2005. Previosuly, she had also served at Factorli, International Market Centers, Downtown Project LLC, The Eastrige Group and Adecco. Jill earned Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University and Bachelor of Arts degree in English from University of Nevada-Reno.
