About the Person
Jill Douglas is the Vice President of Human Resources for AAA Western and Central New York. Ms. Douglas will be responsible for the organization`s strategic direction for human resources with particular emphasis on recruitment, learning & development, engagement, retention and internal communications for the approximately 900 associates throughout the greater Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse areas. Ms. Douglas has an extensive background in the human resource field and a history of achieving results as part of a leadership team. She comes to AAA from New Era Cap in Buffalo, N.Y. where she served as Senior Manager North America Human Resources. Ms. Douglas has also held positions at Rich Products Corporation and Perry`s Ice Cream Company. Ms. Douglas holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and an Executive MBA, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is also a board member of the SUNY Buffalo School of Management Alumni Association. She resides in Amherst, N.Y.
