Health Carousel operates separately branded divisions that offer distinct services to help U.S. healthcare organizations meet temporary and long-term hiring needs.

 

About the Person

Jessica has experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare staffing, non-profit, and logistics. Prior to joining Health Carousel, she worked within HR at the Freestore Foodbank and Total Quality Logistics (TQL).   Jessica has a bachelor`s degree in human resource management and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA). She is a certified notary public and Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).   Jessica manages HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and company events for Health Carousel. Her most important role within the company is to identify and retain our industry`s top talent. She loves working for Health Carousel because it creates an environment that empowers the staff and promotes collaboration required to generate and implement new ideas.   In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling with her husband, Brian and dog, Cooper.
