About the Person

Jerry Montgomery is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Carnival Corporation.   Currently, Jerry also serves as the Chairman of the Board & Trustee at The Nature Conservancy.   Previously, he had served at South Florida Water Management District, Orlando Strategy Group and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.   Jerry earned bachelors degree from Harvard College in 1979 and MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 1991.
