Jenny Midyat is currently Director of Total Rewards and Global Mobility for Parker Drilling in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Parker Drilling she developed global and local compensation programs for over 60,000 employees at Baker Hughes. She also lived and worked in Istanbul, Turkey for 15 years. Working with Nokia, a Finnish Company, and dealing with compensation programs for employees transferring from Europe and Asia to Greece, Israel, and Turkey, she had the opportunity to learn about many local pay practices and cultural differences that affect compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
