Ms. Stacey served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and Human Resources from November 2012 to May 2014 at FXI - Foamex Innovations. She has a diversified corporate background including 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Stacey served as Executive Vice President of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2006 to February 3, 2012, Secretary from February 2005 to February 3, 2012 and its General Counsel from June 2006 to February 3, 2012. Ms. Stacey served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications of Aventis Behring LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aventis until April 2004. She served as the General Counsel of Aventis Behring from 1995 to April 2004, and also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to Aventis Behring, Ms. Stacey served with Rhne-Poulenc Rorer (predecessor company of Aventis), its headquarters in Collegeville, PA and also served its office in Paris, France as an International Counsel. Ms. Stacey began her legal career at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C., where she served as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department. Ms. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and obtained her Juris Doctor from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
