About the Person
Jennifer Ramcharan is the Vice President of People Operations at Disruptor Beam. Ramcharan will be responsible for overseeing human resources, talent management and recruiting, as well as supporting Disruptor Beam`s culture and overall employee experience. Ramcharan joins Disruptor Beam following the recent launch of its second game, Star Trek Timelines. The company is also well known for the acclaimed Game of Thrones Ascent, which over 10 million people have played since the game launched in 2013. Ramcharan will support the teams for both games, as well as future and currently unannounced projects. Prior to joining Disruptor Beam, Ramcharan held senior human resources and recruiting roles with numerous leading technology companies based in Massachusetts, including Trip Advisor, Pixability, Leaf Holdings and e-Dialog.
