Greensboro, NC-based The Center for Creative Leadership has promoted Jennifer Martineau to Vice President of Research, Innovation and Product Development.

Jennifer Martineau is Vice President of Research, Innovation and Product Development at The Center for Creative Leadership. Most recently, Martineau directed CCL's North American Organizational Leadership group, which helps clients execute their business strategies by increasing organizational capacity for leadership. She has worked with senior leaders and teams globally in sectors ranging from health care, government and education to pharmaceuticals and energy. Prior to that, Martineau served for three years as CCL's Director of Global Research. She replaces David G. Altman, who became Vice President of CCL's Europe-Middle East-Africa operations on January 1. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
