About the Person
Jennifer D. Cline is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Lightstone. She serves as an advisor to senior management on the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives and is responsible for all facets of human capital management for the firm and its subsidiaries. Ms. Cline has twenty years of experience, most recently as Managing Director at Rose Associates where she oversaw recruitment, employee relations, leadership and employee development, training, compensation, performance management and benefits. Ms. Cline earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Chapman University in Tacoma, WA and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver. She was awarded her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2005 and is a longstanding member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources / New York (HR/NY), and Commercial Real Estate Women of New York (CREW).
