About the Person
Jennifer Casson has over 17 years of progressive human resources experience including a Master`s Degree in Human Resources Management. Her experience ranges from nonprofits, to resorts, to manufacturing. Jennifer specializes in all aspects of human resources including training, recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, policies and procedures and benefits and compensation. Jennifer will organize and direct all aspects of the Human Resources department to ensure fair treatment of all employees, as well as ensure all company policies and procedures are in compliance while building positive employee/employer relationships.
