Jen O`Neal is the Founder of Tripping.com, the world`s leading metasearch engine for vacation rentals. Having grown up near Silicon Valley, working in technology always seemed like a given. Jen was the 5th employee at StubHub, which kicked off a fast-paced career that has since brought her to startups in Costa Rica, New Zealand and London. Jen loves collaborating with, mentoring and helping other entrepreneurs.
