About the Person
Jeffrey Zibley is the Vice President of Human Resources at Questar Assessment Inc. Zibley came to Questar Assessment with more than 30 years of experience leading organizational change, continuous improvement and cost-effective growth strategies at Second Harvest Heartland, Malt-O-Meal and Catallia Mexican Foods. Included among his most recent accomplishments were implementing human resources programs to foster the skills and talents of emerging leaders and to develop a succession planning process. Zibley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional.
