About the Person

Jeffrey Giacoponello is a talented HR professional with 15 years of experience developing leaders. Jeff began his career in finance during which he realized his passion for human resources. In his current role as a Talent Partner, Jeff partners with the business to accelerate the identification, development, and mobility of officer-ready talent. Jeff spearheaded the implementation of a “Leadership Readiness Program” targeting leadership strengths and providing cross-departmental exposure and experiences. His career highlights include designing and rolling out Lincoln Financial Group’s first Corporate University, constructing a best in class enterprise internship, and leading a high potential, entry-level Leadership Development Program in which he grew business unit interest in programs by 70% while reducing costs. Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and his master’s degree in Leadership Development from Pennsylvania State University. Jeff recently completed the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Development Program, a two-week long course. Jeff holds certifications in the following: Hogan Assessment, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Crucial Conversations, and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
