About the Person
Jeff Norris is the Director of Human Resources at Lancaster Rehabilitation Center. Before joining Lancaster he was the regional director of human resources for a commercial maintenance company in Lincoln. He currently holds a degree in psychology and is finishing an additional degree in Human Resources Management at Doane College. Norris enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, playing and coaching sports. His long term professional goals are to earn a PHR certification and study towards a master`s degree.
