Jeanne Lynch, Vice President of Human Resources at Richfield Hospitality, guides Richfield hotels to continue to attract, motivate and retain high-performance employees. The innovative hospitality human resources programs she oversees help propel Richfield into one of the most progressive hotel management companies in the nation. Her team supports all hospitality HR functions for all Richfield managed properties including; training, compensation, benefits, professional development, retention, compliance and when necessary, litigation. Jeanne brings over 20 years' experience as a Human Resource executive across several industries and multiple countries. Most recently Jeanne was the Group Vice President of Human Resources for a global real estate company, Archstone Communities, leading a team of 40 HR professionals for 2200 associates across the U.S., Netherlands and Luxembourg. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University in New York and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
