About the Person

Jeanine Kestler is Chief Human Resources Officer at DJO Global. Ms. Kestler joins DJO Global from Thermo Fisher Scientific/Life Technologies, where she most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources, Global Commercial Operations. In this role, she built a people strategy focused on creating a culture of accountability, driving employee engagement, building management capability, and delivering business results. She played an integral role in the growth strategy and organizational design for the Greater China business and led the human resources integration of Invitrogen and Applied Biosystems. Prior to her 6 years with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ms. Kestler served as Vice President, Human Resources, Global Services & IT at Dell in Austin, TX, responsible for driving the people strategy, including organizational effectiveness, developing leadership capability, and mergers and acquisitions. During her 8 years with Dell, Ms. Kestler led the start-up of design centers in China, India, Taiwan, and Singapore and played a key role in the integration of strategic acquisitions. In addition, she demonstrated a proven track record and ability to develop and lead top performing human resources teams. Prior to Dell, Ms. Kestler held various HR executive leadership positions over a 13-year career with NCR and AT&T. Ms. Kestler received a bachelor`s degree in Human Resources from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
