About the Person
Jean Callahan leads all human capital functional areas including recruitment, HR business partnership, HR administration and total rewards. Ms. Callahan has more than 20 years of experience leading talent functions for geographically dispersed and complex business units in consulting, financial services, technology and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Matrix, Ms. Callahan served as director, human resources and talent acquisition of Arizona Public Service, a publically traded energy company with 6,500 employees. She has also held talent acquisition and human resources positions at American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments and Booz | Allen | Hamilton. Ms. Callahan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She has also received awards and recognitions such as Employment Management Association`s Creative Excellence award, Diversity Leadership award and Working Mothers 100 Best.
