Jason Robart is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Prior to that, he had also served at Health Dialog, Mercer, Imagitas, Ceridian Corporation and WFD Canada. Jason earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Middlebury College and degree in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
