About the Person
\r\n Jason is the Director of Global Health and Wellness at GE Healthcare, where he is responsible for developing the strategy and vision for the company’s global wellness program. His educational focus has centered on Exercise Science, and Health Promotion. He also holds a graduate degree in Health Science from the University of Memphis. During the past 15 years, Jason has developed wellness programs for a variety of different business industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.As the Director of Global Health and Wellness at GE Healthcare, Jason is responsible for developing programs and policies that support and foster a culture of health for the 55,000 employees and family members within GE Healthcare. The focus of the GEHC wellness program centers on holistic wellness and looking at not just health, but overall happiness. Jason has established a large network of wellness champions that now spans across 30 countries and approximately 120 different worksites. This diverse and cross-functional network of wellness champions serves an integral role in the communication and delivery of all global wellness programming. In addition to his role with GE Healthcare, Jason serves on the Board of Directors for the Wellness Council of Wisconsin where he provides strategic leadership and guidance to employers within the state.\r\n
