Janice Serpico is the Vice President of Human Resources at MFA Oil Company. Serpico joined MFA Oil with 30 years of human resources experience, most recently serving as the vice president of corporate human resources at Scientific Games Corporation in Chicago. Her responsibilities included oversight of global compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, payroll, employee services and corporate human resources. Serpico grew up in Columbia and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
