About the Person
\r\n Jane Borkowski is Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.. In her role at Ocean Spray, Jane oversees all human resources related programs, which includes employee performance, benefits and compensation, diversity, talent recruitment, and more. “When you match the right person to the job, there’s nothing like it—it’s magic,” she says of one of her favorite parts of her position. She recently celebrated her tenth anniversary at Ocean Spray, where she’s worked her way up through several rungs on the human resources ladder before being promoted to her current job in 2012. During her tenure, she’s worked with senior leaders to identify and resolve human resources needs, including organizational design and development that improves the company’s effectiveness and business results. She’s been instrumental in helping make organizational changes, and has contributed significantly to Ocean Spray’s talent management and executive development process.\r\n
