About the Person
Jan Schreur is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at INC Research. Mr. Schreur brings nearly 30 years of progressive human resources experience to the role, including senior leadership positions at global biopharmaceutical organizations. Mr. Schreur joined INC Research from Zoetis, the world's largest animal health company, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Zoetis, he served as Vice President, Human Resources at Pfizer where he also supported the spinoff of Pfizer's Animal Health business unit into Zoetis. Mr. Schreur previously held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Wyeth and Solvay. A native of the Netherlands, he has significant global experience managing human resources issues worldwide. Mr. Schreur holds a HBO (bachelor's degree) in Human Resources Management from the Sociale Academie ""Gelderland,"" and a Post HBO in Human Resources Management from Hogeschool Katholieke Leergangen Tilburg, both in the Netherlands.
