Jan Cannon is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Novinium. Jan is a senior human resource professional with 20 years of experience in biotech, technology, manufacturing and healthcare. She held senior HR positions at Discover Books, HipCricket, Cranium, Sur La Table, Cendant Corporation, Vulcan Northwest and Intel Corporation in addition to leading mergers and acquisitions for several global companies. Jan is experienced in creating vibrant cultures, assessing and aligning talent, and coaching and developing leaders. Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communication Theory, Seattle University.
