Welsh Mountain Health Centers provides quality, family-centered health services to all members of the community, especially those who encounter barriers to care. Welsh Mountain was founded in 1972, and serves rural Lancaster, Berks, and Chester counties from its main office on Springville Road and at Meadow Creek Family Practice, and Lebanon County from its Lebanon Ridge Community Health office on Norman Drive.
