The City of Philadelphia`s Department of Aviation includes the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the only major airport serving the nation`s seventh largest metropolitan area, and the Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). PHL is a large hub airport, serving approximately 81,000 daily and nearly 30 million annual passengers.
