About the Person
James Brent White is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at OppenheimerFunds. In this role, White is responsible for advancing inclusion as a core value and competitive advantage of the firm. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, White served as Vice President, Americas Diversity & Inclusion, at Credit Suisse, where he provided strategic leadership on creating an inclusive culture. He previously served as Human Capital Project Lead for the Investment Bank at Credit Suisse. Before that, White held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in Human Resources at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
