About the Person
James L. `Jim` Wheelock was appointed as Talent Management Leader at eCapital since January 2013. Mr. Wheelock`s responsibility is to develop, direct and oversee all talent management programs—delivering solutions and consistent processes to attract, retain, develop and motivate talent for all functions across all Company workforces. More specifically, I work with senior management to identify and develop key talent, manage performance recognition programs, drive talent acquisition, management and development in the organization to optimize and ensure a pipeline of talent to meet the growing and changing needs of the organization and our customers.
