About the Person
Jim Sheeran has been involved in corporate based employee benefits for the past 30 years in variety of capacities, from the administration of pension and profit sharing plans of small employers in the early 80’s to the director of Corporate Benefits at MillerCoors, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. During that time he has overseen the benefit aspects of numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, most recently guiding the integration of the benefit programs of Coors and Miller Brewing Company as a result of the joint venture between SABMiller and Molson Coors. He is also heavily involved in the collective bargaining process for groups that include the UAW and teamsters as well as the design of the company’s wellness programs. In addition to being a board member of NAWAC, Jim represents MillerCoors as part of the Business Group on Health of Southeastern Wisconsin. Jim earned his BS in finance from Marquette University and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
