James E. Parsons, also known as Jamie, is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Mountain States Health Alliance. Prior to that, Jamie served as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources at Mountain States Health Alliance. Previously, Jamie had also served at HR Return as Vice President. Jamie earned both Bachelor's Degree and Master's degree in Business Administration from Marshall University.
