Neill, also known as Jim, has been an Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Genuine Parts Company since April 1, 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Employee Development & Human Resource Services from April 22, 2013 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Neill served as Vice President, Human Resources of Motion Industries, Inc., since December 21, 2006. Mr. Neill was in Human Resources throughout his career and joined Motion Industries with extensive work experience and industry knowledge.
