About the Person

Jai Shah has been President of Delta Faucet Company and Group Vice President of Masco Corporation since June 2, 2014.   Mr. Shah served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of Masco Corporation since July 2012 until June 2, 2014 and serves as its Deputy Chairman.   Mr. Shah served as its Group Vice President of Strategic Planning of Masco Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Shah is responsible for window operating divisions, including Milgard Windows and the U.K. Window Group, as well as for Watkins hot tubs and spas.   Previously, Mr. Shah served as a Masco's Vice President for Strategic Planning. He joined Masco in 2003 as Director of Control Services.   Prior to joining Masco, he held a number of management positions at Johnson Diversey, Unilever and AmeriClean Systems, Inc., where he was a principal in a management led buyout.   He began his career at KPMG in Ontario. He serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Hansgrohe SE.   Mr. Shah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and Master's in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.
