About the Person
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jackie leads development and implementation of Archway's human resources strategy focused on maximizing Archway's human capital to achieve business and operational goals. Jackie is responsible for talent management, total rewards, organizational effectiveness and HR operations. Jackie has 19 years of experience in the B2C retail sector including having led human resources as the SVP of HR at Marshall Field's (previously owned byTarget Corp then Macy's). She gained strong B2B experience as the SVP of HR at G&K Services. Prior to joining Archway, Jackie was President of Punch HR Consulting, LLC. Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism from the University of St. Thomas and currently serves as chair of the Advisory Board for the College of Education, Leadership and Counseling for the university.
