About the Person
Jacqueline P. Kane, also known as Jackie, served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at The Clorox Company since February 2015 until January 5, 2016. Ms. Kane served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Clorox Company since April 2004 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs since January 2005. Ms. Kane oversees all aspects of Human Resources of Clorox worldwide. Ms. Kane has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience. She joined Clorox in 2004 and served as its Vice President of Human Resources since April 2004. She served as Vice President of Executive Leadership and Human Resources for corporate functions at The Hewlett-Packard (HP) from 2000 to 2004, where she was responsible for assessing and developing HP`s most senior leaders and delivering human resource services and support to its Corporate Functions. Ms. Kane led the organization design and strategic change management for the HP-Compaq integration. She served for 22 years in Human Resources within the Financial services industry. She began her career in Chicago at Continental Bank, which was later acquired by Bank of America. At Bank of America, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Capital Raising and Global Capital Markets Group from 1998 to 2000. She also served at Continental Illinois Bank from 1978 to 1988. Ms. Kane has been a Director at Comerica Bank and Comerica Incorporated of Comerica Bank since September 2008. She serves as Member of the Oakland Museum Board. Ms. Kane has been named one of the "Most Influential Women" in San Francisco Bay Area business for both 2007 and 2008 by the San Francisco Business Times as well as one of the 25 "Most Powerful Women in HR" by Human Resource Executive magazine. She completed the executive program at the University of Michigan. Ms. Kane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Chicago`s DePaul University.
