About the Person
J. Manuel Ocasio is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Asbury Communities. Ocasio will be tasked with the overall human resources management function for the entire Asbury not-for-profit system and affiliated entities; and developing and implementing policies, programs and procedures to align with Asbury`s performance excellence criteria as well as the organization`s mission and values. He brings more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership to the new position. Previously, Ocasio served in several senior leadership roles at Holy Cross Health, including chief human resources and integrity officer and chief information officer. He also served as the compliance officer for a 400-bed hospital and affiliated entities.
