About the Person
Isabel Porzecanski is the Director of Human Resources at the Mandarin Oriental Miami. She had previously overseen human resources at the Four Seasons Miami before taking on her most recent role as Vice President of People and Culture for 50 Eggs in Miami. Prior to that, she has also served at Four Seasons Hotel Canary Wharf, The Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Palm Beach, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and The Mark Hotel.
