About the Person
Irina Shifrin is the Chief People Officer at Phillips Auction House, effective 12 January, 2015. Former Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, where she was responsible for management of human resources, leadership development, staff training and development, employee relations and organisational effectiveness, Irina Shifrin is now responsible for the organisation of Human Resources internationally at Phillips, and is in charge of reporting directly to Edward Doloman, Phillips CEO and Chairman. Before her job at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Shifrin was Director of Relationships Management and Human Resources at American Express.
