Vancouver, BC-based Red Eagle Mining Corp Appointed Ian Slater as Chief Executive Officer
Red Eagle Mining Corporation is a well-financed gold exploration and development company with an experienced mine-development team. Management is focused on building shareholder value through discovering and developing gold projects with low costs and low technical risks in Colombia, a jurisdiction with prolific historic production but until recently limited modern exploration. Red Eagle Mining is developing the 100 km² historic Santa Rosa Gold Project located in the Antioquia Batholith. Development will initially commence with the fully permitted San Ramon Gold Deposit where a positive Feasibility Study supports project advancement.
Ian Paul Slater is the Chief Executive Officer of Red Eagle mining Corporation. Mr. Slater has been involved in the mining industry for over twenty years. He is also the Chairman of Black Eagle Mining, a private company developing the Blackstone metallurgical coal deposit in Alberta. Previously, Mr. Slater was the Managing Partner of both Ernst & Young`s CanadIan and Arthur Andersen`s Central AsIan Mining Practices. Mr. Slater is a Chartered Accountant.
