About the Person
Ian E. Bullion is the Vice President of Human Resources and Training and Development at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company. Bullion joined the Grinnell, Iowa-based company in 2012 and most recently served as the assistant vice president of human resources. He previously worked as the senior human resources manager for PepsiCo – Quaker Oats in their Manhattan, Kan., and Cedar Rapids locations. Ian earned his Bachelor's degree in General Studies from University of Iowa in 1981 and MBA in Business Administration and Management from University of Iowa in 2000.
