Holly Phipps Adams is the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at MedStar Health.   Previously, she had served at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and Union Memorial Hospital.   Holly earned Bachelors degree with Business and Economics dual major from McDaniel College in 1991 and Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland in 1998.
