PREMIER Bankcard and First PREMIER Bank are sister organizations under the holding company United National Corporation (UNC) yet they operate independently. PREMIER Bankcard is the service provider for First PREMIER Bank credit cards. Both organizations are separately funded. PREMIER Bankcard's credit card loans are self-funded by their cash reserves. No First PREMIER Bank depositor's money or debt is used to fund the cards. The organizations are based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Miles Beacom is the President and CEO of PREMIER Bankcard. Dana Dykhouse is the CEO and Dave Rozenboom is the President of First PREMIER Bank. Since 1989, our primary purpose is to provide individuals with damaged credit histories an avenue to obtain credit through the use of a credit card to help them demonstrate positive financial patterns. Therefore, credit lines are kept low (usually around $300) so that these individuals are not put in a position to further hinder their financial progress. We report all cardholder payment information to the major consumer reporting agencies. All of our products are priced based on the risk associated with offering the product to these individuals, many who find themselves at the lower end of the credit scale. Today PREMIER Bankcard is one of the top 20 issuers of VISA® and MasterCard® credit cards in the country serving millions of customers nationwide.
