About the Company
We`ve experienced firsthand just how frustrating and challenging security can be – the struggles with failing SIEM implementations; having to settle for inadequate security due to budget constraints; shelving hundreds of thousands of dollars of security software because it is just too hard to use; and, of course, the aftermath of security breaches that could have been prevented. We founded AlienVault to help organizations of all shapes and sizes achieve world-class security without the headaches and huge expense of other solutions. And we are passionate about our mission.
About the Person
Hieu Nguyen` is the Human Resources Leader who leads the human resources functions for AlienVault worldwide. She is an accomplished senior Human Resources Management with over ten years of experience and success coaching clients on HR and business issues` developing and implementing HR programs` and spearheading change initiatives. As a Business Partner to clients` she has consulted with managers (up to the Executive level) on a wide variety of strategic and transactional challenges` and creatively incorporates technology in business solutions. Prior to joining AlienVault` she worked with such companies as Sygate Technologies acquired by Symantec` Fortify Software acquired by HP` and VSS Monitoring acquired by Danaher. She is also a long-standing member of SHRM.
