About the Person
Henry Bechard was appointed as Senior Director of Labor Relations at Covanta Energy since January 2013. He serves as a first-chair negotiator for all collective agreements with UNIFOR (Canada); International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Advise and counsel senior management on all issues impacting labor, labor relations and trade-union industrial and construction related issues. Union avoidance: training and facilitation. Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resource.
