Heather Shupe is the Director of Human Resources at Nickle Electrical Companies. She has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources field, most recently serving as vice president of human resources at Dover Federal Credit Union. Shupe is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She has held various board roles in local SHRM chapters, including her current role as president of the Delaware SHRM chapter and treasurer with the Delaware SHRM State Council. Shupe holds a bachelor`s degree in psychology from Immaculata University and a master`s degree in social work from Widener University.
