About the Company
Welcome to LC. We`re among the top 25 independent agencies in the U.S. Founded in 1976, we have some classic brand invigorations to our credit: Sargento Cheese, Oshkosh B`Gosh, Leinenkugel`s and Sharp`s Beer among dozens of others. The day after the "information superhighway" was introduced, we hired our first developer. Now, as an agency tooled for the digital age, nearly a half of our staff in some way helps code the ideas we create.
About the Person
Heather (Gaecke) Anglim is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Laughlin Constable. Anglim joins Laughlin Constable after spending the past 18 years at GMR Marketing, an experiential marketing agency with more than 6,000 employees in 10 countries. Most of that time involved leading the human resources department where Anglim linked talent management strategy to the firm`s business strategy, implemented an Applicant Tracking System that eliminated paper applications and increased the firm`s recruiting process efficiency. The University of Wisconsin-Parkside graduate also designed a compensation structure for all corporate and field employees.
