PeopleCare Health Services was established in 1992 and has continued to expand it support through out the State of Colorado. We provide non-medical support of children, disabled adults and seniors with customized care plans to meet the needs and desires for each person. We work with county case managers for the Medicaid HCBS and IHSS programs in Colorado. We are committed to our clients and our communities in Colorado.

This is one of the many reasons we have expanded our primary care program with the addition of the Massac Memorial Medical Clinic. We offer many of the same state-of-the-art facilities and specialized physicians as larger hospitals with a close-to-home convenience that can’t be matched. We place great importance on maintaining a high nurse-to-patient ratio with low, to non-existent wait times. Our services reflect our high standards in satisfying the ever-changing demands of the modern healthcare industry, as well as our enduring commitment to quality patient care.
